The challenge
Account managers lost the first week of every month to assembling reports from nine different tools. Invoicing waited on those reports, so the cash came in late, and nobody could actually say which accounts were making money.
What we built
- We built a platform on Next.js and Supabase that pulls hours, ad results and deliverable status into one live view for each client.
- The monthly client report drafts itself from that live data, so an account manager reviews and edits in minutes instead of building it from scratch over days.
- Once a report is approved, invoicing fires automatically through Stripe, with reminders on anything unpaid.
- A margin dashboard finally shows profitability per account, refreshed every day.
